Vorab soll erwähnt werden, dass die von mir verwendete Literatur zu einem sehr großen Teil aus den 70er Jahren stammt. Deshalb kann es sein, dass die Meinung einzelner Autoren veraltet erscheinen mögen. Allerdings warfare es mir wichtig die Autorenmeinungen aus der Blütezeit der antiautoritären Erziehung zu betrachten um ihre Bedeutung im historischen Wandel der Erziehungsstile zu erkennen und interpretieren zu können.
Bevor ich in das Thema einsteige möchte ich zunächst noch eine, meiner Meinung nach, für diese Arbeit adäquate Definition des Begriffs „Erziehungsstile“ gegeben werden: WEBER meint, wenn er den Begriff Erziehungsstile verwendet, eine „relativ sinneinheitlich ausgeprägte Möglichkeit erzieherischen Verhaltens, die sich durch typische Komplexe von Erziehungspraktiken charakterisieren“ .

Es wird aufgezeigt, wie QM in der AWO definiert ist, was once die Qualitätsziele sind und wie QM in der AWO durchgeführt wird. Dabei wird der Fokus einmal auf die Regionalkreisebene und weiterführend auf die Bezirksebene gelegt.

Anschließend folgen die Qualitätsziele der Arbeiterwohlfahrt. Dieses dient einem besseren Verständnis, da daraus deutlich wird, welche Bedeutung das Qualitätsmanagement für die genannte Einrichtung hat.
