Dieser Konflikt soll im Folgenden unter der zentralen Fragestellung „Welche Möglichkeiten einer rückfallpräventiven GWA gibt es im Jugendstrafvollzug?“ diskutiert werden und die Möglichkeiten einer Öffnung des Vollzugs zum Gemeinwesen als Gesellschaft hin überprüft werden.
Daher beginnt diese Arbeit zunächst mit einigen Hintergründen zum deutschen Jugendstrafvollzug. Dieses Kapitel greift wesentliche Erkenntnisse der vergangenen Arbeit erneut auf und stellt, fokussiert auf die (große) Gruppe der Rückfalltäter, mögliche Hypothesen für ein Misslingen des Erziehungs- und Resozialisierungsauftrags des Strafvollzugs dar. Auf Grund des Rahmens dieser Studienarbeit habe ich mich bewusst ausschließlich auf die kritischen Faktoren des Strafvollzugs konzentriert. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit theoretischen Hintergründen der GWA, wobei vertieft die drei Formen der GWA aufgegriffen und in Bezug zum Jugendstrafvollzug und den gebildeten Hypothesen bzw. einer Rückverfallverhinderung gesetzt werden. Es werden spezifische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten „Brainstorming“ -ähnlich angesetzt und diskutiert.
